In short M.K.India Network is called MKIN.
Each Entrepreneurs Business Distributor called [EBD]should use his/her best effort to promote MKIN Business Plan.
MKIN each and every EBD to comply all applicable laws, regulation and ordinances.
MKIN reserves the right to employ such measures as it deems necessary to determine and ensure compliance with its policies and procedures.
In order to maintain available Membership Referral Programme, MKIN reserves the right to make any amendments it deems necessary at anytime to the agreement pricing and / or commission.
Any individual who is 18 years of age and residing in India is eligible to become a EBD.
The EBD shall not be employee of the COMPANY. The EBD in him/herself is separate independent entity, associated purely on the present contractual terms, and shall have no power or authority to incur any debts, contracts, obligations or liabilities or to make representations or any warranties on behalf of the COMPANY.
All EBD are personally responsible for all income taxes due to any earnings from MKIN or on earnings from selling MKIN products. Tds apply on payout. For payout minimum 400 is required.
All EBD receive the products sales tax paid wherever it is possible. The EBD is responsible to pay the local taxes whenever required.
EBD must use his/her best efforts to promote the MKIN business and to provide bonafide supervision and training of down-line distributors and their down-line. This should include on - going contact, communication, encouragement and support.
The agreements shall constitute the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subjects matter. The agreement may be amended at any time in writing distributed by MKIN or through their official website www.ishwashyam.com should any inconsistencies arise, all the terms and conditions of these policies and procedures, as amended at the time, shall be controlling.
Payment made by namely enrolled EBD towards purchasing of one of the product packages among the various products/services offered shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
MKIN recognizes the sponsor shown on the first entered original application completed, dated, signed by the applicant and entered into the MKIN computer system.
If observed that guest of any other independent distributor is enrolled under the Membership referral programme of another independent distributors the company shall revert such enrollment and concerned independent distributors shall be held responsible to make good the loss/consequences sustained by the other distributor or the company.
EBD have freedom to join /represent any other Membership Referral programme, except those engages in the similar nature of business with similar business plan and product range.
EBD; shall hand over all the money payable by way of package / service or deposit from the new distributor to the company or authorized centre of the company ( as per the list published time to time) ,The company shall not be responsible for remittances made at any place or to any EBD.
The EBD shall display the company name, logo as designed by designed by the company for printing his/her personal stationary (with prior permission) . However the EBD shall not use the trademark, patent or any other intellectual properties of the of the company for any other that than for the promotion of Business of Company.
On death of the EBD, the rights and responsibilities of the EBD are passed on the rightful nominee as per the law. The nominee shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the original EBD agreement and abide by the company’s rules and regulations.
MKIN has the right to make any amendments if necessary at any time after the agreement and the EBD shall abide by such cases.
If any EBD needs ‘door delivery’ of products, they have to bear the transportation and other applicable charges.min. charge 240 Rs.
All disputes shall be subjected to Navsari jurisdiction only.
EBDs will be allowed for unlimited maximum entries on horizontal level and vertically up to 111 levels.
All details provided in the form should be correct and true.
All payout made by bank channel only. If pin is available you must check cost of pin. MKIN not liable for any misuse of pin.
MKIn only can issue payout of EBD. No EBD has any right to issue payout. Service charge may apply.
EBD membership is not transferable.
MKIN will not refund any amount of any kind after joining. Only royalty and other payout will be given as mentioned in the plan.
EBD must save his password and id. MKIN is not responsible at all for misuse of password and id.
As on today time for distributorship is one year time declared renewal charges (1000 Rs.) every year.
Payment will make only by Indian currency. [I.N.R.].
Trimming will be applicable as per requirement.
